Scout

You set the bar.
Scout clears the market.

A job search is reading, judging, writing, and remembering, hundreds of times a week. Scout does all four, every night, and shows its work.

01 · The Sweep

Every board. Every posting. The whole posting.

Overnight, Scout reads job boards, ATS feeds, and company career pages. When a source offers only a stub, Scout fetches the full description, because the requirements an employer actually cares about tend to hide near the end.

  • Duplicates collapse: the same job on two boards reaches you once
  • Scout turns away aggregators and resellers at the door
  • Scout checks dead links and retires them before they waste a click
  • Scout reads remote, hybrid, or onsite from the posting itself

A Scout score breakdown showing weighted fit and desire dimensions, each with a plain-sentence reason
One job's score, taken apart: every dimension, every weight, every reason.

02 · The Score

Nine dimensions. Your weights. Its receipts.

Scout scores every matched posting twice over: fit asks whether you can do the job, desire asks whether you would want it. Role scope, industry, company stage, salary, work arrangement, location. You choose what matters most by setting the weights.

No score is a black box. Each subscore carries a sentence explaining itself, so when Scout says 83, you can see exactly which 17 points went missing and why.

03 · The Tailor

A résumé for this job, not a résumé for all jobs.

Behind every draft sits your career knowledge base: every accomplishment, skill, and number from your whole career, not just the page your last résumé had room for. For each role worth chasing, Scout draws on that base to write a résumé and cover letter for this posting and this reader.

The more you give the knowledge base, the better the tailoring gets. A bullet you add today sharpens every draft after it. Every draft carries an ATS match score: matched keywords, missing skills, and a match percentage, checked before you send.

  • Scout keeps every accomplishment and invents nothing
  • Scout invents skill groupings per job, never a stale taxonomy
  • Application questions answered for you on Pro and Max
  • You review and send; Scout never applies without you

Scout's Activity board: a kanban pipeline of jobs moving through applied, interviewing, and offer lanes
The Activity board: every role you are working, in lanes, with the next step always visible.

04 · The Pipeline

Focus on the jobs that matter to you.

New matches land on the Jobs board, scored and explained. The roles you decide to chase move to the Activity board, where they travel through lanes from applied to offer. Scout schedules the follow-ups, drafts the nudge notes, and keeps a timeline of everything that has happened on each role.

Before each interview, Scout assembles company research, prep notes, and a researched answer to the question that matters: what to ask for.

05 · The Dials

Scout answers to you.

You hold every dial: the desire weights, the salary floor, the location tiers, the work arrangement, the titles Scout hunts and the ones it ignores, the sites it refuses outright. Change a dial and Scout re-scores the board to match.

And every posting is accounted for. The Dashboard's ingestion funnel shows the whole night's work: millions screened at discovery, every screen named, down to the handful that cleared your bar.
