Does Scout apply to jobs for me?

Does Scout sell my data?
No. Scout does not sell, rent, or resell your data to anyone. Your résumé, preferences, and search activity are used to find and prepare jobs for you, and for nothing else. Scout works for you and answers to you: no employer and no recruiter is on the other end of it, and nothing reaches your board except what matched what you asked for. The Privacy Policy says this in writing.
Does Scout beat ATS filters?
Scout checks every résumé (or CV) it drafts against the posting the way an applicant tracking system reads it, so you see what the filter will see, and what to fix, before an employer does. That check comes on every plan, including Free.
