What is Scout?
Scout is an AI job search agent. It sweeps job boards and company career pages every night, reads each posting in full, scores every job against what you want, and drafts a tailored résumé and cover letter for the roles worth chasing.
How does Scout score jobs?
Every matched posting is scored on nine weighted dimensions across fit (can you do this job) and desire (do you want it). You control the weights, and every subscore comes with a plain-sentence reason you can check.
Does Scout apply to jobs for me?
No. Scout drafts the résumé, the cover letter, and application answers; you review and send every application yourself. Scout never applies without you.
Where do the postings come from?
Job boards, applicant tracking systems, and company career pages, swept nightly. Duplicates collapse into one, Scout turns away aggregator reposts and retires dead links before they waste a click.
What is the career knowledge base?
Everything you have told Scout about your career: accomplishments, skills, and numbers, not just what fit on your last résumé. Scout drafts your tailored documents from it, so the more you add, the better every draft gets.
How many jobs can I apply to?

Does Scout sell my data?
No. Scout does not sell, rent, or resell your data to anyone, does not share your résumé with employers or recruiters, and does not use your data to train AI models. The Privacy Policy says it in writing.
What is ATS match scoring?
Every résumé Scout drafts is scored against the job description the way an applicant tracking system reads it: matched keywords, missing skills, and a match percentage, so you see how the résumé scans before an employer’s software does. It is free on every plan.
